Install Vaultwarden

Install Vaultwarden

Docker compose:

services:
  vaultwarden:
    image: vaultwarden/server:latest
    container_name: vaultwarden
    restart: unless-stopped
    environment:
      DOMAIN: "https://vw.domain.tld"
    volumes:
      - ./vw-data/:/data/
    ports:
      - 8081:80

Start the service

docker compose up -d

Set certificate to your nginx config

server {
    listen 443 ssl;
    server_name vw.domain.tld;

    ssl_certificate /etc/letsencrypt/live/vw.domain.tld/fullchain.pem;
    ssl_certificate_key /etc/letsencrypt/live/vw.domain.tld/privkey.pem;

    location / {
        proxy_pass http://localhost:8081;
        proxy_set_header Host $host;
        proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
        proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
        proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;
    }
}

Restart nginx

systemctl restart nginx

Access Vaultwarden

Open your web browser and navigate to https://vw.domain.tld. You should see the Vaultwarden login page.
